Training of employees and definition of expected behaviors and Labor Inclusion (PILV) to promote income opportunities.
We seek to build loyalty among people with corporate volunteering initiatives and enable the necessary workplace reforms to guarantee accessibility.
Qendar with VOICES! and CIS-UdeSA is leading this initiative aimed at researching the phenomenon of donation and helping the sector face challenges and create a shift in culture. We believe that a "Culture of Giving" is one where people understand it as a value and a duty to give back to society part of what they have, where participating in the community is a habit, an expectation and a lifestyle.
